Program description: KentsHome sends two kinds of text messages, each with its own separate opt-in on the account signup form. Service messages include quote updates, results of a review of your current home policy, renewal reminders and replies to questions you send. Marketing messages invite you to KentsHome policy check-ups and renewal review sessions. Consent to either message type is optional and is not a condition of opening an account, requesting a quote or purchasing anything.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Service messages are sent in response to your quote, policy review or account activity. Marketing messages are sent up to 4 times per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your messaging plan.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any KentsHome text message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
